What I built at miros
From an idea to a product in the real world.
My role is not a single discipline. I worked on a smart, connected on-demand remote-working station. I bring together embedded software, electronics, hardware and product decisions to make a complete physical product work flawlessly and keep working.

Beyond the physical product, I have worked across the full system stack: embedded devices in the field, cloud infrastructure, and the digital mobile interfaces for the end users.
Within one year of the initial concept, I led the manufacturing and delivery of the first 10 units, building a connected ecosystem now deployed across France, French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland.

I worked across the entire product lifecycle, from early concepts and technical development to sourcing, manufacturing, assembly, installation and customer support.
By connecting these different stages, I helped bring the product from an idea into the field, delivering the first ten production units within one year of the initial concept.
